PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Whether you are looking to undertake a Garage Conversion, Loft Conversion, Extension or looking to build your perfect new Home, it is likely that you'll need to apply for Planning Permission. As part of our service we provide all necessary drawings and information required to apply for planning permission. We also manage and organise the entire process so to make things easier and simpler for you.

We always provide a free consultation and quote for each project so you know clearly what costs are included. If you are happy with our quote, we start working on the project by undertaken a measured survey. Once this is done, we can then start designing on creating your ideal home, working with you to establish a clear design brief.

We'll share our initial proposals and collaborate with you, knowing that the first sketches might need some tweaks. We're here to work together until we've nailed down a proposal that has your 100% approval. Don't panic, we don't charge extra for changes to the designs unless there is a major change in the design brief.

 

When you're happy with the design, we'll hand over a copy of the drawings and documents then take care of submitting the application to the Local Authority on your behalf. All applications are made directly through the Planning Portal website.
