Park Road, Canvey Island

Working in conjunction with Trudy's Architectural Consultants, we have advised on technical details for this project, including the provision of a Flood Risk Assessment to support the planning application. The project includes the demolition of an existing property and construction of a new 4 bedroom house. Currently in for planning permission, we are looking forward to completing the Technical Detail and Building Regulations Package on this new property.
