Maurice Road, Canvey Island

For this project, my clients recently had the pleasure of welcoming a newborn son, however in a small one bedroom property was lacking much needed space. The property was a corner plot, and had restriction due to drainage that would limit extensions to the side and had a limited rear garden. However, we did the research to find the original planning permission and discovered their was no restrictions on the permitted development rights. We then used these rights to create an extension for a small rear extension creating a new nursery bedroom and utility space.

Current Status - In Construction April 2024
