My clients purchased this property, knowing that it was in need of some care and attention. Time appears to have stood still with this property since it was built and was in need of a full refurbishment. Starting with the exterior, the proposal includes rendering the property and replacing the windows with modern double glazed units. In addition, a feature picture window will be created to the new lounge overlooking the landscaped front garden. Internally, walls will be removed to create larger open plan rooms with the staircase being mirrored also to create a more usable entrance area.
