The clients loved this properties location and garden size, however the kitchen and living areas were limited in size to suit their needs. We applied and gained planning permission for a single storey rear extension that wraps around the building creating a modern open plan living kitchen and dining areas. A separate utility room, WC and store room adds to the space within this property and ensures that the main living space can remain clutter free.

Current Status - Planning Approved
